在保護了總統的生命安全后，兩位FBI特工Myka和Peter發現自己突然被“提拔升官”到南達科他州，一個頂級機密的地點被叫做Warehouse 13，這個地方原來是個巨大的倉庫，而倉庫內保存的東西都是一些非常奇特的人造物品，這些物品都是被美國政府從各地收集而來，而這兩位特工的新工作就是找回遺失的物品，并尋找新的物品。
