現代蘇格蘭音樂，包括有高地傳統與輕快雙人舞等。蘇格蘭擁有豐富的音樂遺產，然而這些流傳下來的珍貴傳統（豎琴、鼓和風笛等），卻未阻礙當地音樂發展前進的腳步。相較部分地區傳統音樂亟待維護復興的窘境，蘇格蘭音樂反映的不僅是傳統，新一代的蘇格蘭音樂人汲取過去傳統音樂的菁華，并注入全新的音樂元素，使得當地音樂通過時空的考驗，始終生氣蓬勃地發展茁壯。許多人以為“蘇格蘭音樂”就是“凱爾特音樂”，也馬上想到蘇格蘭風笛的音色鼓號，事實上當地音樂的發展，比我們想像要來得豐富多變。本輯收錄天賜恩寵（奇異恩典），蘇格蘭，蘇格蘭高地等作品…呈現素樸動人的蘇格蘭音樂風貌。
