A Tale Of Two Cities是他們在三月份發(fā)行的專輯的名字，猜不出其中的奧妙，只是覺得和A Tale Of Two Cities有著共同點(diǎn)的是專輯和狄更斯的小說一樣的優(yōu)秀。Mr Hudson有著一大部分時間是獻(xiàn)身于hiphop音樂，在他的眼里，他要做的是英國的那種說唱樂，那種不需要你是黑人才能做的音樂，他和Dizzle Rascal等大牌人物有著密切的合作，The Guardian則概括說，Mr Hudson是有著更好嗓音和更好音樂的Mike Skinner的哥哥，而在這個大的背景下，Mr Hudson & The Library并不是一支說唱團(tuán)體，更加傾向于的節(jié)奏與布魯斯，真的很難相信這樣一支團(tuán)體會是如何的節(jié)奏與布魯斯，其實(shí)這是一張用R&B的制作模式來制作一張acoustic的另類專輯，heavy的音樂往往只是伴隨的是非常acoustic的Mr Hudson的聲音。他們在去年做早推出了一張EP，名叫The Bread and Roses，錯過他的朋友不必?fù)?dān)心自己錯過了什么，其中的三首曲目（另外還包括Brave The Cold和Everything Happens To Me）都收入在了新的專輯中，jazzy的Everything Happens To Me中的雨聲效果真的想讓人快點(diǎn)盼望著下雨，那時就可以徹徹底底在意境中聆聽這首歌曲，新發(fā)行的單曲Too Late Too Late非常遺憾地僅登上了53名，他應(yīng)該得到前40名的成績。Mr Hudson的hiphop production體現(xiàn)在了像Cover Girl這樣的音樂制作上，而非歌曲本身，在我看來Cover Girl是一首愉快的，流行強(qiáng)調(diào)的音樂作品，不一樣的要算是以acoustic為主的2 x 2，歌曲Ask The DJ是專輯中少數(shù)幾首超越了中板的歌曲之一，最后誰都會被Ghosts中的鋼琴和旋律所blow away。
