為了紀念20世紀80年代影響力僅次于Eiddie Van Hallan的金屬吉他手Randy Rhoads而發行的現場紀念專輯，收錄了Randy生前的一次近乎完美的演出。演奏的歌曲除了Ozzy前兩張專輯的經典曲目外還有Iron Man和 Paranoid這兩首黑色安息日的名曲。最后一首歌曲是Randy一段練習錄音，演奏的是那首著名的Dee。

Zakk是為Ozzy服務最長的吉他手，但就連Zakk也說或許Randy才是最合適的人選。

Ozzy曾這樣說：“I've hade some great guitar players over the years,But Randy was unique”可以說Randy對于Ozzy單飛的成功有著決定性的作用！

當Randy第一次面試Ozzy的吉他手時，其他吉他手人都買了Marshall的高級音箱和很多效果器，而Randy只買了一個普通的練習音箱。就在Randy調弦的時候，Ozzy對他說：“你不用彈了，我要用你。”就這樣Randy連演奏的機會都沒有就被l錄用了。當然，事實證明Ozzy是對的。
