After meeting the members of The Scenic, you would think they have known each other their whole lives. The band has seen many changes to its line up in the past year, with the addition of Dan Wolf at guitar and of course the most recent addition, Jeremy Menard following singer Andrew Carol’s departure from the band. In just over a short year of existence The Scenic have played over 100 gigs, including selling out the Trocadero Balcony on their CD release show. The Scenic was invited on multiple dates of the Van’s Warped Tour, and twice featured on MTVu as one of the top 5 unsigned collegiate bands in the nation. Even with the loss of their lead singer, the band has decided to continue to move forward, writing music - in a somewhat different direction.
