Their first album, which followed a couple of years later, was entitled I Hate Every Day Without You Kid, was followed by extensive touring and performance, with the band sharing stages with the likes of My Chemical Romance, Saves the Day, Senses Fail, and Paramore. The band began work on their next platter in early 2007, eventually settling on producer Bill Stevenson in Fort Collins, Colorado to record the work.
